Good news – applications are open again for FREE owner occupied rehabilitation housing repairs
If you are a homeowner in the limits of Rush County (excluding Rushville residents) and meet the qualifications and income limits listed below, you can apply for FREE repairs including: roofing, HVAC replacement, lighting and electrical upgrades, water heater replacement, and ADA accessibility.
